Dr Eloise Litterbach

Research Staff - Knowledge Translation & Dissemination

Eloise is an Early Career Research Fellow passionate about public health. Eloise recently completed her PhD, within the Institute for Physical Activity and Nutrition (IPAN) at Deakin University, supervised by Prof Karen Campbell, A/Prof Rachel Laws, Dr Miaobing Zheng and Dr Alison Spence. Eloise’s PhD research explored the use of screens during shared mealtimes in families with young children. Eloise has worked at Deakin as a researcher on nutrition, physical activity and diabetes related projects, since 2012, including a current Research Fellow role for the Australian Centre for Behavioural Research in Diabetes (ACBRD). Her research interests include early childhood nutrition and family meals, family and individual behaviour change, participatory and qualitative research, and reducing socioeconomic inequities and health related stigma.

In this CRE, Eloise supports Dr Konsita Kuswara’s knowledge translation and dissemination activities.
